Malpractice Insurance Notice

The firm carries no malpractice insurance whatsoever at this time.  The firm is willing to discuss obtaining coverage with any potential client who wishes to do so.  No claim has ever been brought against the firm or any attorney in it for malpractice or otherwise.  The decision to discontinue malpractice insurance was a business decision based upon substantial increases in the costs of coverage.
