Lawstudios | Richard Byron Peddie, P.C., was founded in 2001 and opened its doors on June 1, 2001. Lawstudios has been in continuous operation ever since.
Now after over thirteen years of operations, the firm has represented clients before state and federal courts in California, Colorado, Florida and New York. The firm has also represented its clients before various state and federal agencies and commissions. In transactional areas the firm has formed and serviced numerous business entities of various sorts, drafted their contracts, handled their needs in acquiring capital and issuing stock or other securities, and assisted them with complying with state and federal licensing and reporting requirements. The firm has handled mergers and acquisitions and business combinations of various types and has assisted clients with the acquisition and protection of high dollar assets including, but not limited to, real estate, intellectual property, and aviation assets.
